laws governing programs administered by department that are
needed to reflect budget changes and report changes to

A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to Department of Human Services program changes caused
by budget changes; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + No later than October 1, 2013, the Department
of Human Services shall, in the manner provided in ORS 192.245,
report to the appropriate interim committees of the House of
Representatives or the Senate of the Legislative Assembly on any
legislative changes that must be made during the 2014 regular
session of the Legislative Assembly to the statutory laws
governing programs administered by the department that are needed
to reflect budget changes. + }
SECTION 2. { + This 2013 Act being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this 2013 Act takes effect on its
passage. + }
