Kitzhaber for State Department of Agriculture) CHAPTER ................ AN ACT Relating to fees for confined animal feeding operations; creating new provisions; amending ORS 561.255; and declaring an emergency. Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon: SECTION 1. ORS 561.255 is amended to read: 561.255.
