  Approves certain new or increased fees adopted by Occupational
Therapy Licensing Board and State Board of Examiners for
Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
  Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2011.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to the financial administration of specified boards; and
  declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + For the purpose of carrying out the provisions
of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees,
adopted by the Occupational Therapy Licensing Board and approved
by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved
as follows: + }
