  Requires joint legislative interim committee on revenue to
study costs and benefits of Oregon's tax credits and make
recommendations to Seventy-sixth Legislative Assembly.
  Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to tax credits; and prescribing an effective date.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + (1) The joint legislative interim committee on
revenue, or other appropriate legislative interim committee
dealing with issues of revenue and taxation, shall conduct a
study of the costs and benefits of Oregon's tax credits.
  (2) Based on the outcome of the study, the interim committee
shall make recommendations to the Seventy-sixth Legislative
Assembly. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + This 2011 Act takes effect on the 91st day
after the date on which the 2011 regular session of the
Seventy-sixth Legislative Assembly adjourns sine die. + }
