A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to electronic funds transfer cards issued to recipients
of aid.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + Section 2 of this 2013 Act is added to and made
a part of ORS 412.001 to 412.155. + }
SECTION 2. { + The Department of Human Services shall ensure
that electronic benefits transfer cards issued to recipients of
aid cannot be used to purchase prepaid credit cards. + }
