  Directs Multnomah County to establish detention facility within
city limits of City of Gresham, City of Troutdale, City of Wood
Village or City of Fairview.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to criminal justice facilities.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Multnomah County shall provide, keep and
maintain at least one lockup or local correctional facility, as
those terms are defined in ORS 169.005, within the city limits
of:
  (1) The City of Gresham;
  (2) The City of Troutdale;
  (3) The City of Wood Village; or
  (4) The City of Fairview. + }
