  Prohibits use of Oregon Trail Card to access temporary
assistance for needy families program benefits out of state.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to electronic benefits transfer cards for temporary
  assistance for needy families.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + (1) As used in this section, 'Oregon Trail Card
' means a debit card issued by the Department of Human Services
that allows recipients to access financial assistance provided in
the temporary assistance for needy families program and the
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
  (2) The Department of Human Services shall ensure that an
Oregon Trail Card may not be used to access temporary assistance
for needy families program benefits at a point of sale terminal
located outside of this state. + }
