Relating to the Attorney General.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The Attorney General shall take all necessary
steps to pursue reimbursement from the federal government for all
costs incurred by this state by reason of the incarceration of
illegal aliens in this state. + }
