                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to operation of small cranes mounted on boom trucks.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + No later than 30 days after the effective date
of this 2013 Act, the Department of Consumer and Business
Services shall request a waiver from the federal government of
all federal requirements for operators of cranes as those
requirements relate to small cranes mounted on boom trucks. + }
