  Extends sunset of income tax credit for political contributions
through tax years beginning before January 1, 2020.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to sunset of political contribution tax credit; amending
  section 34, chapter 913, Oregon Laws 2009.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1. Section 34, chapter 913, Oregon Laws 2009, is
amended to read:
   { +  Sec. 34. + } A credit may not be claimed under ORS
316.102 for tax years beginning on or after January 1,
 { - 2014 - }  { +  2020 + }.
