Relating to agency determination of independent contractor
  status.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The Bureau of Labor and Industries shall study
the development of a definition of the term 'independent
contractor ' for the purpose of adopting by rule a definition for
the determination of independent contractor status. + }
