Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

  SECTION 1.  { + ORS 206.020 and 208.050 are repealed. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + This 2013 Act takes effect on the 91st day
after the date on which the 2013 regular session of the
Seventy-seventh Legislative Assembly adjourns sine die. + }
