  Authorizes counties to regulate, license and inspect health
clubs.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to health clubs.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + (1) As used in this section, 'health club' has
the meaning given that term in ORS 431.680.
  (2) A county may enact regulations and establish licensing
requirements and an inspection program for health clubs.
  (3) If a county enacts regulations or establishes licensing
requirements or an inspection program for health clubs, the
county shall cooperate with the Oregon Health Authority in
developing the regulations, licensing requirements or inspection
