Summary
The Act would set up a Joint Permitting Council to run a fast track permit program. The Act would direct certain state agencies to publish a list of certain permits that can be issued by the agencies. The Act would adjust certain requirements of the enterprise zone program and restrict the use of the program for data centers. The Act would adjust the tax credit for a taxpayer that creates new jobs. (Flesch Readability Score: 67.5).
