| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to pay tribute to Lodi Community Hospital on being presented with a Top 20 Best Practices in Quality designation from the National Rural Health Association; and |
| WHEREAS, Dedicated to caring for the health and well-being of the residents of the area, Lodi Community Hospital has incorporated concern and compassion with technology and professionalism to distinguish itself as an exemplary medical facility. Since its founding, LCH has remained staunchly committed to ensuring that the changing needs of local citizens are met in the most effective manner possible, and this outstanding institution has set an example worthy of emulation; and |
| WHEREAS, Lodi Community Hospital's skillful and personalized delivery of vital health care services has gained it the confidence and appreciation of its many patients and their families. The fine reputation that the medical center has gained is a credit to the dedication of the administrators, staff members, and employees who have given willingly of their time, abilities, and enthusiasm for the public welfare; and |
| WHEREAS, Lodi Community Hospital has distinguished itself in the nation's top 20 critical access hospitals for quality, and without question, this fine facility has made a decidedly favorable difference in the surrounding area. All those associated with this organization are to be commended for their willingness to work hard to achieve superior results; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 130th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, applaud Lodi Community Hospital on its remarkable accomplishment and extend best wishes for ongoing success; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Lodi Community Hospital. |
