BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. Of the unexpended and unencumbered portion of the | 5 |
state share appropriation made to GRF appropriation item 651525, | 6 |
Medicaid/Health Care Services, in Am. Sub. H.B. 59 of the 130th | 7 |
General Assembly, at the end of fiscal year 2014, $100,000,000 is | 8 |
hereby reappropriated for fiscal year 2015 to GRF appropriation | 9 |
item 335421, Continuum of Care Services. These moneys shall be | 10 |
distributed by the Department of Mental Health and Addiction | 11 |
Services to the boards of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental | 12 |
health services and shall be used to provide opioid addiction | 13 |
treatment and rehabilitation services. | 14 |
Section 2. This act shall be known as the "Save Our Children | 15 |
Now Act." | 16 |
