BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 187.14 of the Revised Code be enacted | 6 |
to read as follows: | 7 |
Sec. 187.14. If, in any year, JobsOhio provides financial | 8 |
assistance for the cleanup or remediation of brownfields or for | 9 |
the completion of assessments related thereto, at least | 10 |
eighty-five per cent of all such assistance provided in that year | 11 |
shall be in the form of grants. | 12 |
As used in this division "assessment," "brownfield," and | 13 |
"cleanup or remediation" have the same meanings as in section | 14 |
122.65 of the Revised Code. | 15 |
