A BILL
To enact section 5533.061 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of State Route 3 in Knox 2
County as the "U.S. Army Specialist Ryan A. Martin 3
Memorial Highway."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.061 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.061. In addition to any other name prescribed in 7
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as 8
state route three, running in a northeasterly and southwesterly 9
direction from the Knox and Ashland county line to the community 10
of Amity, shall be known as the "U.S. Army Specialist Ryan A. 11
Martin Memorial Highway."12

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 13
along the highway indicating its name. 14
