BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.061 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
Sec. 5533.061. In addition to any other name prescribed in | 7 |
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as | 8 |
state route three, running in a northeasterly and southwesterly | 9 |
direction from the Knox and Ashland county line to the community | 10 |
of Amity, shall be known as the "U.S. Army Specialist Ryan A. | 11 |
Martin Memorial Highway." | 12 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 13 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 14 |
