BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.763 of the Revised Code be | 6 |
enacted to read as follows: | 7 |
Sec. 5533.763. That portion of the road known as United | 8 |
States route twenty, commencing at the boundary of Lyme and | 9 |
Ridgefield townships in Huron county and extending in an easterly | 10 |
direction through the village of Monroeville to the municipal | 11 |
corporation of Norwalk, shall be known as the "Army Private Jason | 12 |
L. Sparks Memorial Highway." | 13 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 14 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 15 |
