A BILL
To enact section 5533.671 of the Revised Code to 1
designate portions of United States Route 422 2
within the municipal corporations of Cleveland and 3
Youngstown as the "Arnold R. Pinkney Memorial 4
Way."5


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.671 of the Revised Code be 6
enacted to read as follows:7

       Sec. 5533.671.  (A) Both of the following portions of the 8
road known as United States route number four hundred twenty-two 9
shall be known as the "Arnold R. Pinkney Memorial Way":10

       (1) That portion located within the municipal corporation of 11
Cleveland only, commencing at the intersection of that route and 12
woodland avenue and east fifty-fifth street and proceeding in an 13
easterly direction to the boundary of Cleveland and the municipal 14
corporation of Shaker Heights;15

       (2) That portion located within the municipal corporation of 16
Youngstown only, commencing at the intersection of that route and 17
north lane avenue and proceeding in an easterly direction to the 18
intersection of that route and state route number six hundred 19
sixteen.20

       (B) The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 21
along each portion of the highway indicating its name.22
