A BILL
To enact section 5533.961 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of State Route 84 in Lake 2
County as the "Sgt. Mark T. Smykowski Memorial 3
Highway."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.961 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.961.  That portion of the road known as state route 7
eighty-four, located in the municipal corporation of Mentor in 8
Lake county, commencing at the intersection of that route with 9
Broadmoor road and extending in a northeasterly direction to the 10
intersection of that route with Chillicothe road, shall be known 11
as the "Sgt. Mark T. Smykowski Memorial Highway."12

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 13
along the highway indicating its name.14
