A BILL

To enact section 5533.377 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of State Route 772 within Ross

County the "Staff Sergeant Joshua Gire Memorial

Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.377 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.377. That portion of the road known as state route	7
number seven hundred seventy-two, commencing at the boundary of	8
Pike county and Ross county and proceeding in a northerly	9
direction to the boundary of Chillicothe in Ross county, shall be	10
known as the "Staff Sergeant Joshua Gire Memorial Highway."	11

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	12
along the highway indicating its name.	13
