identify the source of specific project funding.3


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. No recipient or distributor of funds received 4
under the "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009," Pub. 5
L. No. 111-5, 123 Stat. 115, shall spend such funds to purchase, 6
produce, erect, or maintain signs identifying the American 7
Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 as the source of specific 8
project funding.9
