BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| Section 1. That sections 5.2267 and 5.2268 of the Revised | 5 |

Code be enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 5.2267. The month of September is designated as | 7 |
|
"Mesothelioma Month" to bring attention to mesothelioma, a rare | 8 |
|
form of cancer that develops in the mesothelium, a protective sac | 9 |
|
that covers most of the body's internal organs, and is commonly | 10 |
|
linked to asbestos exposure. | 11 |
| Sec. 5.2268. The month of November is designated as "Lung | 12 |
|
Cancer Awareness Month" to bring attention to lung cancer, the | 13 |
|
leading cause of cancer death for both men and women. | 14 |
