A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020 and regulating the disbursement thereof, " approved , 2019 (P.L.2019, c. ).
Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.2019, c. , the annual State appropriations act for fiscal year 2020, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:
22 DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS 50 Economic Planning, Development, and Security 55 Social Services Programs

2. This act shall take effect immediately.
STATEMENT
This bill supplements the FY 2020 appropriations act by appropriating $450,000 for the Department of Community Affairs to fund the National Aviation Research and Technology Park. The National Aviation Research and Technology Park is a 501(c)(3) non-profit auxiliary organization of Stockton University dedicated to facilitating research and development, innovation, and commercialization of emerging aviation technologies.
