SYNOPSIS
Waives renewal fees for credentials issued by New Jersey Board of Nursing during coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.

An Act waiving renewal fees for certain professional credentials during the coronavirus 2019 pandemic.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, any fee for the renewal of any credential issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing shall be waived during the Public Health Emergency and State of Emergency declared by the Governor in Executive Order 103 of 2020.
2. This act shall take effect immediately and expire upon the expiration of Executive Order 103 of 2020, or any extension thereof or any replacement therefore.
STATEMENT
The bill waives any fee charged to renew a credential issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing for the duration of the public health emergency and state of emergency declared as a result of the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic.
