SYNOPSIS

     Makes FY 2015 supplemental Grants-in-Aid appropriation of $10 million to Department of Community Affairs for Lead Hazard Control Assistance Fund.

A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, ¹[2014] 2015¹ and regulating the disbursement thereof," approved June ¹[28, 2013 (P.L.2013, c.76)] 30, 2014 (P.L.2014, c.14)¹.

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.  In addition to the amounts appropriated under ¹[P.L.2013, c.76] P.L.2014, c.14¹, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

 

22  DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS   50  Economic Planning, Development and Security 55  Social Services 1[Program] Programs1 GRANTS-IN-AID
