     Directs State owned or operated marinas to provide a 50% discount on boat launching fees for senior citizens on weekdays.

An Act concerning senior citizen discounts at State marinas and supplementing chapter 1L of Title 13 of the Revised Statutes.

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.    Any marina owned or operated by the State shall provide on weekdays a 50% discount on daily boat launching fees for senior citizens.

 

     2.    This act shall take effect on May 1 next following the date of enactment.

 

 

STATEMENT

 

     This bill directs State owned or operated marinas to provide on weekdays a 50% discount on daily boat launching fees for senior citizens.
