An Act amending P.L.2025, c.74, the Fiscal Year 2026 annual appropriations act, to clarify the distribution of certain 1[Community Resources]1 funding.

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

      1.   The following line 1[item] items1 of section 1 of P.L.2025, c.74, the annual appropriations act for State Fiscal Year 2026, 1[is] are1 amended to read as follows:
