     Repeals law permitting project labor agreements.

An Act concerning project labor agreements and repealing P.L.2002, c.44 (C.52:38-1 et seq.).

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.    P.L.2002, c.44 (C.52:38-1 et seq.) is repealed.

 

     2.    This act shall take effect immediately.

 

 

STATEMENT

 

     This bill repeals P.L.2002, c.44 (C.52:38-1 et seq.), the law which permits the State and political subdivisions of the State to enter into project labor agreements for public works projects.
