STATEMENT
This bill would require the New Jersey State Council on the Arts to create and maintain a list of fine arts elements incorporated in public buildings pursuant to the "Public Buildings Arts Inclusion Act," after the date of enactment of this bill into law, and provide information about them, including the address of each public building and a photograph of the fine arts element incorporated therein, on the council's website. This bill would replicate a similar responsibility of the Ohio Arts Council, which displays photographs and information about artwork in public buildings in Ohio.
