SYNOPSIS

     Appropriates $250,000 to Department of Children and Families for grants to rape care crisis centers.

A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018 and regulating the disbursement thereof," approved July 4, 2017 (P.L.2017, c.99).

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.    In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.2017, c. 99, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:

16 DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES 50 Economic Planning, Development, and Security 55 Social Services Programs GRANTS-IN-AID
03-1630 Family and Community Partnership Services     ...........		$250,000
Total Grant-In-Aid Appropriation,		$250,000
Family and Community Partnership Services     .........
Grants-in-Aid:
03    Rape Care Crisis Centers.......................	($250,000)

 

     2.    This act shall take effect immediately.

 

 

STATEMENT

 

     This bill appropriates $250,000 from the General Fund to the Department of Children and Families for grants to rape care crisis centers.
