Summary
A BILL for an Act to create and enact sections 4.1-01-24 and 4.1-01-25 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to zoning of animal feeding operations and regulation of odors from agricultural operations and animal feeding operations by agriculture commissioner; and to amend and reenact sections 11-33-02.1, 11-33-22, 23-25-11, 23.1-06-15, 44-04-32, 58-03-11.1, and 58-03-17 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to zoning of animal feeding operations and regulation of odors from agricultural operations and animal feeding operations; to repeal sections 23-01-30 and 23.1-01-10 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a central repository for concentrated animal feeding operations zoning regulations; and to provide a contingent repeal.
