1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Kyle Possai of Thief River Falls, Minnesota, for receiving
1.3the Eagle Award.
1.4WHEREAS, the Eagle Award is the highest award given by the Boy Scouts of America; and
1.5WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle in the Boy Scouts is an important achievement
1.6that is worthy of recognition; and
1.7WHEREAS, Kyle Possai is a member of the Boy Scouts of America and has displayed the
1.8attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.9WHEREAS, he has demonstrated mastery of all scouting skills and completed a
1.10community service project, which involved building a picnic table and shelter for a community
1.11park that is used extensively by members of the community and its visitors; and
1.12WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor will be held to present Kyle with the Eagle Award;
1.13and
1.14NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.15congratulates Kyle Possai of Thief River Falls, Minnesota, for receiving the Eagle Award.
1.16BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.17copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.18Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Kyle Possai.
