1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Max Buchholz for earning the rank of Eagle Scout.
1.3WHEREAS, the Eagle Scout rank is the highest rank earned in the Boy Scouts of America;
1.4and
1.5WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout in Scouts BSA is an important achievement
1.6that is worthy of recognition; and
1.7WHEREAS, Max Buchholz is a member of the Boy Scouts of America Troop 9513 and has
1.8displayed the attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.9WHEREAS, Max Buchholz has demonstrated mastery of all Scouting skills and has completed
1.10a community service project and fulfilled all other requirements necessary to attain the rank of
1.11Eagle Scout; and
1.12WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor was held on June 3, 2019, at Woodbury Baptist
1.13Church; and
1.14NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.15congratulates Max Buchholz for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.
1.16BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.17copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.18Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Max Buchholz.
