1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. AMBULANCE SERVICES APPROPRIATION; LEECH LAKE BAND
1.6OF OJIBWE.
1.7$190,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of health in
1.8fiscal year 2014 to provide a grant through the Office of Rural Health and Safety to the
1.9Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe ambulance service for equipment upgrades necessary to
1.10meet the qualifications for licensure as an advanced life support ambulance service under
1.11Minnesota Statutes, chapter 144E.
