1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. DISABLED ACCESS LEVY AUTHORITY; TRACY.
1.6Notwithstanding the time limit in Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.58, subdivision
1.73, Independent School District No. 2904, Tracy, may levy its remaining disabled access
1.8levy authority over two years.
1.9EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for levies certified in 2013 and later.
