1.6general fund to the state agencies or officials indicated, to be spent for public purposes.
1.7Unless otherwise specified, the appropriations in this act are available until the project is
1.8completed or abandoned subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.

3.3Franklin Avenue Bridge. This appropriation
3.4is not available until the commissioner of

3.6least $13,903,000 is committed to the project

Wellness Center

4.24the multigenerational population in the
4.25region. The facility will be located on the
4.26Hermantown School District campus and
4.27may be operated in collaboration with the
4.28Young Men's Christian Association. This
4.29appropriation does not require a local match.

Subd. 3.Sandstone - Business Park

4.31For a grant to the city of Sandstone to design
4.32and construct necessary public infrastructure
5.1to open a planned business park to serve a
5.2major tenant in Sandstone, Pine County.

Subd. 4.St. Paul - Museum of American Art

5.4For a grant to the St. Paul Port Authority
5.5to predesign and design the construction
5.6of the Minnesota Museum of American
5.7Art to be located in the city of St. Paul.
5.8This appropriation is not available until the
5.9commissioner of management and budget
5.10has determined that at least an equal amount
5.11has been committed to the project from
5.12nonstate sources.

Subd. 5.St. Paul - Park Square Theatre

5.14For a grant to the city of St. Paul to design,
5.15construct, furnish, and equip an expansion
5.16of the Park Square Theatre in the Hamm
5.17Building in St. Paul, subject to Minnesota
5.18Statutes, section 16A.695. This appropriation
5.19is not available until the commissioner of
5.20management and budget determines that
5.21a sufficient amount of nonstate funds to
5.22complete the project has been committed.

Subd. 6.City of Oslo
275,000
5.24Of this appropriation, $200,000 is for a grant
5.25to the city of Oslo for a water infrastructure
5.26study and $75,000 is for a grant to the Middle
5.27Snake Tamarac Watershed District for a Red
5.28River of the North floodway hydraulic study
5.29for the Oslo area.

5.30    Sec. 7. EFFECTIVE DATE.
5.31This act is effective the day following final enactment.
