1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; BOARD OF TEACHING.
1.6 Subdivision 1. Board of Teaching. The amounts indicated in this section are
1.7appropriated from the education licensure portfolio account in the special revenue fund to
1.8the Board of Teaching in the fiscal years designated.
1.9 Subd. 2. Licensure by portfolio. For licensure by portfolio:
1.3to the Board of Teaching for activities associated with licensure by portfolio.
