1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. AGENCY OPERATING BUDGET REDUCTIONS.
1.6($1,016,000) in fiscal year 2012 and ($1,016,000) in fiscal year 2013 are reductions
1.7to the base general fund operations budget for the Department of Agriculture. The
1.8commissioner of agriculture shall consolidate related divisions and activities and realize
1.9additional cost savings to meet this requirement.
