1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Laws 2011, First Special Session chapter 11, article 2, section 51, is
1.6amended to read:
1.7 Sec. 51. REPEALER.
1.8(a) Minnesota Statutes 2010, sections 124D.871; and 124D.88, are repealed effective
1.9for fiscal year 2012 and later.
1.10(b) Minnesota Statutes 2010, sections 123B.05; and 124D.38, subdivisions 4, 5,
1.11and 6, are repealed.
1.12(c) Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 124D.11, subdivision 8, is repealed effective
1.13for fiscal year 2013 and later.
1.14(d) Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 124D.86, is repealed effective for revenue
1.15for fiscal year 2014.
1.16EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
