1.2relating to human services; appropriating money for human services programs.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS; HUMAN SERVICES PROGRAMS.
1.5(a) $9,950,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $9,950,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
1.6from the general fund to the commissioner of human services for the long-term homeless
1.7supportive services fund under Minnesota Statutes, section 256K.26. This appropriation
1.8shall be added to the base.
1.9(b) $5,950,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $5,950,000 in fiscal year 2015 are
1.10appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human services for transitional
1.11housing programs under Minnesota Statutes, section 256E.33. This appropriation shall be
1.12added to the base.
1.13(c) $850,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $850,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
1.14from the general fund to the commissioner of human services for emergency services grants
1.15under Minnesota Statutes, section 256E.36. This appropriation shall be added to the base.
1.16(d) $4,000,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $4,000,000 in fiscal year 2015 are
1.17appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human services to provide
1.18housing and services to homeless youth under Minnesota Statutes, section 256K.45. This
1.19appropriation shall be added to the base.
