1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; AQUATIC INVASIVE SPECIES; RESTORATION
1.7OF INFESTED WATERS.
1.8$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2012 and $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated
1.9from the clean water fund to the commissioner of natural resources for additional
1.10restoration projects in infested waters designated under Minnesota Statutes, section
1.1184D.03.
1.12 Sec. 2. APPROPRIATION; AQUATIC INVASIVE SPECIES; PREVENTION
1.13ACTIVITIES AND INCREASED INSPECTIONS.
1.14$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2012 and $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated
1.15from the clean water fund to the commissioner of natural resources for additional aquatic
1.16invasive species prevention activities and increased inspections. Of these amounts, $.......
1.17is available each year to contract for services for emergency invasive species prevention
1.18work as provided under Minnesota Statutes, section 84D.02, subdivision 7.
