1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. DULUTH, LAKE SUPERIOR CENTER; APPROPRIATION.

1.7of management and budget for a grant to the city of Duluth to pay all outstanding debt
1.8and other obligations or liabilities related to the Lake Superior Center, also known as the
