1.2relating to game and fish; making the free deer license for disabled veterans
1.3permanent;amending Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 97A.441, subdivision 6.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 97A.441, subdivision 6, is amended to read:
1.6 Subd. 6. Taking deer; disabled veterans. A person authorized to issue licenses
1.7must issue, without a fee, a permanent license to take deer with firearms or by archery
1.8to a resident that is a veteran, as defined in section197.447 , and that has a 100 percent
1.9service connected disability as defined by the United States Veterans Administration
1.10upon being furnished satisfactory evidence.
