1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; HENNEPIN COUNTY LAKE AND STREAM
1.6IMPROVEMENTS.
1.7$5,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the clean water fund to
1.8the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the Hennepin County Board of
1.9Commissioners to protect, enhance, and restore lakes and streams in Hennepin County.
