1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. RULE REPEALER; RESTRICTING THE CAPITALIZATION OF
1.7PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS TO OTHER REAL ESTATE OWNED BY A
1.8BANK.
1.9Minnesota Rules, part 2675.2170, item F, is repealed.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
