1.2relating to highways; removing Route No. 332 from trunk highway system;
1.3repealing Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 161.115, subdivision 263.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. REPEALER.
1.6Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 161.115, subdivision 263, is repealed.
1.7EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day after the commissioner of
1.8transportation sends notice to the revisor of statutes electronically or in writing that the
1.9conditions required to transfer the route have been satisfied.
