1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. TWIN CITIES RISE! PAY FOR PERFORMANCE GRANTS;
1.6APPROPRIATION.
1.7$450,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $450,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated from
1.8the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for
1.9performance grants under Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.8747, to Twin Cities RISE! to
1.10provide training to hard-to-train individuals.
