1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 593.32, subdivision 1, is amended to read:
1.7 Subdivision 1. Prohibition. A citizen shall not be excluded from jury service in
1.8this state on account of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, economic status, marital
1.9status, sexual orientation, or a physical or sensory disability.
